PROMOTE YOUR REVIEW

Kirkus offers two ways to leverage your review for greater sales and to garner attention from U.S. publishers, agents, librarians, foreign publishers and film executives:

Kirkus Marketing Campaigns

Kirkus’ book marketing campaigns are designed to stimulate book sales as well as interest from publishers, agents and film executives. Campaign options include promotion in Kirkus Reviews magazine, on Kirkus.com and in our high-circulation email newsletter.

Benefits

While Kirkus Reviews magazine is distributed to a targeted industry readership of publishers, agents, film producers, librarians and booksellers, our website audience is dominated by consumers actively searching for books to buy, and our email newsletter subscriber base is made up of both industry professionals and consumers.

  • Book sales to consumers
  • Publishing rights, agents and foreign publishing
  • Film rights

Kirkus Pro Connect

Pro Connect fosters the connection between the self-publishers Kirkus reviews and the publishers, agents and film executives in our network. When you create a Pro Connect page, industry professionals will be able to learn more about your work and connect with you directly if they are interested in potentially acquiring rights or representing you.

About Pro Connect

Pro Connect helps publishers, agents and film executives discover self-published books they may be interested in acquiring, representing or optioning. Industry professionals who are actively engaged with Kirkus browse by category or search by theme. They also subscribe to weekly email alerts that showcase some of the authors and books in Pro Connect.

For authors, participation in Pro Connect could result in agent representation and/or the sale of U.S. publication rights, foreign rights or film rights. When an acquisitions editor, agent or film executive wants to inquire about an author’s work, he or she connects directly from the Pro Connect page, which begins a private, secure email dialogue.
