THE LITTLE DUSTER

One gray Saturday morning, a man who lived alone woke up, made a cup of cocoa and said, 'My goodness, this place is a mess!"" He finds a good duster to clean it all up, and the duster turns out to be a dog; the only clue is that the duster washes the window with a tongue. In slapdash slapstick sketches (red, white, blue and black), a cartoon bachelor and a fool-the-eye map of a dog--pictures plus offhand text make the tale and the laughs. The situation sounds adult but kids will roar right away at the exaggerated mess and the histrionic gestures of a man flinging dust around.
