by Charlie Shedd ‧ RELEASE DATE: May 1, 1977
This is how Shedd (minister, columnist, author of Grandparents, 1976) maintains the bliss level in his house: 1. Once a week out with his wife for dinner alone. They look deep into each other's souls 52 times a year. 2. Fifteen minutes a day visiting ""in depth."" Dad's most important job? ""To love his children's mother well,"" he says. And he tosses in sticky-sweet examples of other people (obviously gleaned from a letters column) who behave in much the same way he does, and pictures of wholesome-looking family groups, in case a photograph is worth more than a thousand words.
