HOW MAMA COULD COOK

Combining incidental anecdotage of a majestic Mama with that particular parent's culinary bequest, this is a specialty for shelves in the kitchen- which offers many alluring, alimentary suggestions. Mama, who had cream, butter and mushroom tastes, in spite of Father who pleaded for a more intense economy, could certainly cook- and here are many of her achievements, from soups to sauces, which run along rich, sometimes elaborate, lines- but sound both unusual and unusually enticing. Additional material for haute cuisine.
