SMALLEST BROWNIE AND THE FLYING SQUIRREL

Smallest Brownie awakes from a ""little snooze"" to find himself all alone as the other brownies have forgotten that ""at LEAST one brownie should always look after Smallest Brownie.' As he wanders inside the house of Old Grandfather and Old Grandmother (where he's nearly stepped on) and later gets lost outside in the dark night, Smallest Brownie is followed and rescued by Flying Squirrel. ""Smallest Brownie was VERY glad to see Flying Squirrel"" and all the other brownies say ""Thank you, thank you Flying Squirrel, oh, THANK YOU VERY MUCH."" Thus continuing the pattern of overinflected preciosity which by now must have alienated even Smallest Brownie's DEAREST friends.
