MANUEL GOES TO SEA

Manuel lives with his uncle in a Gloucester fishing village. When a storm seems to sweep the Magellan off the seas, Manual leaves the boarding house to earn his living and find his uncle. He stows away with a kindly captain who takes him home and then makes him one of the crew. Happy in his life, he never forgets he is searching for his uncle, and in a storm, adrift in a dory, he eights the Magellan. And eventually, in turn, he is seen, and all are saved. Uncle and Captain join forces in a new vessel.
