THE MAN WITH THE TINY HEAD

Low hi-jinks in a mod-ern plot in which the man with the tiny head kidnaps upper class English schoolgirls and drugs and degrades them to the whir of cameras. Until he cops the buddy of fourteen-year-old Lady Jennifer Norton who is an unbelievably resourceful detective with the help of two youngsters. The chase moves from the Caribbean to London and the New Jersey coast with a little scenery and a lot of inane dialogue. The villain turns out quite literally to be a two-headed monster which makes it doubly ridiculous.
