WITCHES' SABBATH

Tamar Brown, a writer, revives the 300 year old memory of Abigail Parkes, burned as a witch, in a still vindictive West Country village. And her own six year old ghost, William, whom she had loved, comes very much to life when she meets him again. The suspicion of his involvement in his wife's death, the speculation that she is a reincarnation of Abigail all lead to further vengeful and nearly fatal deeds.... A little overwrought, but a patently potent, romantic entertainment.
