THE ELEPHANT AND THE FLEA

Without appearing at all, in the book the flea plays a joke on the elephant who is desperate with itching and scratching. To get rid of the bothersome flea which has lodged right in the middle of his back, the elephant goes into his pool and does everything in his power to drown the bug- to the point of taking a sap a la subm. A trick ending will bring on the chuckles as will the author's expansive colored pictures.
