Dave Flood, riding for a rancher- Tom Raine, and romancing with his niece, is robbed of their trail herd money (some $25,000) by three outlaws whom he had uneviously known- to his sorrow. Faced with the suspicion of Nell- who later pegs him an outlaw, Dave goes out alone to retrieve the money and execute a revenge which will clear his name with the law and with Nell....
