Chatty guide to the Caribbean, Bermuda, Nassau, Havana, Jamaica and Panama. Easy and pleasant reading, with enough of the personal to give it an intimate flavor. The general impression rather superficial -- almost too easy, but there is a substratum of sound information, a great deal of useful historical and biographical data is included, there is a good deal in the way of guideposts as to places to stay and costs and things to see and things to buy. The book is a good first book, to be followed by more substantial reading for prospective voyagers.
