There is a certain ingenuous charm in this sketchily illustrated present-tense story of a rabbit and a turtle who take off in an odd flying machine for a valley where an orchestra of llamas, antelopes and sheep perform evening concerts and a lonely horse watches TV from morning to night. Their antics and encounters, however, have neither plot nor point, and the amusing conceits, such as umbrella plants that ripen just before the rain, don't provide the thrust this formless little bonbon needs.
