WHAT DO YOU DO?

A cheery look at jobs that takes a skip past the routine at the end. Each member of the animal cast steps up with a conventional answer to the title question—“Hey, hen! What do you do? I lay eggs. Wow, cow, what do you do? I give milk”—until tiny beetle comes along: “So tell us, beetle, what do you do?” Beetle replies: “I ROCK!” Using bright, vibrant colors, Stanley gives each creature an easily recognizable form, outfits beetle with an electric guitar, sequined leathers and even groupies, then closes by throwing the question open to young viewers—who should have plenty of imaginative answers to offer.
