A serio-comic treatment of the fable in situ—i.e. "in those days (when) slaves who ran away from their masters were sentenced to fight a hungry lion in the arena as amusement for the Emperor and thousands of people." Why go into it at age five when you can get to the heart of the matter in Andy and the Lion? And with more compassion, less mockery.
