Wellness influencer Liz Moody has a new book coming later this year, People magazine reports.
Harper Wave will publish Moody’s 100 Ways To Change Your Life: The Science of Leveling Up Health, Happiness, Relationships & Success in the fall. The press describes the book as “a science-backed guide to creating your best life.”
Moody is the former food director for the wellness website mindbodygreen and is the host of the podcast Healthier Together. She is the author of two cookbooks, Healthier Together: Recipes for Two–Nourish Your Body, Nourish Your Relationships and Glow Pops.
Moody told People that she views herself “as an expert in soliciting and distilling information from experts and making that information fun, accessible, and attainable in everyday life. I’m asking them the right questions, and then I’m thinking, ‘How can we actually make this doable for people?’”
She announced news of her book on Instagram, writing, “this is an all-in-one handbook to YOUR best life. there are 100 tips across 18 categories including habit forming, gut health, longevity, romantic relationships, success, confidence, creativity, friendships, and more, and wisdom from over 50 world class experts, all distilled into actual action steps you can use to change your life TODAY.”
100 Ways To Change Your Life is slated for publication on Oct. 17.
