The nephew of former President Donald Trump will tell the story of his famous family in a new memoir, the New York Times reports.

Gallery Books will publish Fred C. Trump III’s All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way next month. The press describes the book as a “revealing memoir [that] sheds a whole new light on the family name.”

Fred C. Trump III, who works in commercial real estate, is the son of Fred Trump Jr., who worked as an airline pilot before dying at age 42 after a long struggle with alcoholism, and the older brother of Mary L. Trump, a psychologist who harshly criticized her uncle Donald Trump in her 2020 book Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man. Their grandfather, the late Fred Trump, was Donald Trump’s father.

Fred C. Trump III criticized his sister for writing that book, saying that they had both signed a nondisclosure agreement with their family after a lawsuit.

“In All in the Family, Fred breaks his long-standing silence about his life as a ‘different kind of Trump,’ detailing his passionate battle to protect his wife and children from forces inside and outside the family,” Gallery said. “From the Trump house to the White House, Fred comes to terms with his own complex legacy and faces some demons head-on. It’s a story of power, love, money, cruelty, and the unshakable bonds of family, played out underneath a glaring media spotlight.”

All in the Family is scheduled for publication on July 30.
